What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum area — a single rug is a normal order — and quantity pricing starts from 12 pieces for hotels and multi-room projects.

How fast will my rug arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours. Printed and flatweave rugs ship in about 2 weeks; hand-tufted wool takes longer because it is made to order, and we give a real date when we quote.

Which construction should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Hand-tufted wool where the rug is the thing you notice. Flatweave where thickness matters, under doors and dining chairs. Printed polypropylene where the artwork is photographic or the room takes spills.

How do I size a rug for a room?

Accepted Answer

In a sitting room, get at least the front legs of every seat onto the rug — a rug that floats in the middle makes the room look smaller. Under a dining table, add 60cm beyond the table edge on every side so chairs stay on when pulled out.

Can you match a specific colour?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from a physical sample rather than a screen — send a cushion, a paint chip or a yarn and we match to it. Screens lie about colour, and wool takes dye differently from paint.

Do you make outdoor rugs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in solution-dyed polypropylene with a permeable backing so water drains rather than pooling. It handles sun and rain; it is not a wool rug and will not feel like one.

Do you redraw artwork?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free. Send whatever you have — a sketch, a photograph, a pattern you like — and our design team draws it to scale on your rug outline before anything is made.

Can I see a sample first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We send yarn samples in your chosen colours at no charge, and for larger projects a small woven or tufted swatch in the actual construction.
